World Trade Center Electric Operations Manager, 2013- 2017

Ensure that all Port Authority and Stakeholder maintained High Tension systems at the World Trade Center (“WTC”) are operated safely and in accordance with Port Authority High Tension rules, National Electrical Codes (“NEC”), and all OSHA standards.

Coordinate all High Tension work at WTC. Ensure safe operation of the infrastructure supplying power to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the WTC Transportation Hub, retail space, 1 WTC, the Central Chiller Plant, the River Water Pump Station, the Vehicle Security Center and Vehicle Roadway Network, PATH, Metropolitan Transit Authority, 1 WTC Broadcast Transmission Center, 1 WTC Observation Deck, commercial parking areas, bus parking areas, and street level programs.

Communicate with WTC Stakeholder electrical staff, and direct the operation of any High Tension equipment for preventative maintenance and emergency operations. Communicate with Con Edison’s and District Operators and field personnel to coordinate all High Tension isolation and grounding requirements for the entire WTC campus.

Develop and issue request-for-pricing (“RFP”) documents for bid selections for electrical maintenance programs, engineering specifications, and metering requirement. Complete all documents for technical reviews and sign-off for Port Authority Executive members.

Electric Construction Overhead and Underground Senior Supervisor, 2005 – 2012

Oversee day-to-day activities of underground and overhead foreman, splicers and, mechanics.

Perform safety audits and pre-check assignments for proper tooling and material procurement.
