Provide all phases of the acquisition lifecycle to include acquisition
planning, requirement definition, solicitation development, preparing
contract documentation, evaluations, award and post-award management and
contract closeout, and other duties required by a contract specialist
Review expired contracts and task orders to determine their type, contract
limitations. Work on various types of contracts which include FFP, Cost
Reimbursable, and T&M with Fixed rates and Job Corp centers construction
and A&E contracts. Correspond with the contractors by email, phone or
written correspondence also request and exchange of information needed in
the close out process. Prepare the closeout check list for approval. As
