. PRESSURIZED FANS: 1. When the Fire Alarm is activated then the

pressurization fans also activates automatically. 2.The use of

Pressurization is to clean the smoke in staircases

< COLD ROOMS & FREEZERS:- 1.Cold rooms: 1. There are 29 Cold rooms

which are used for temperature ranges 0-2 C, 2-8 C, and 8-15 C.

5 Cold rooms have the provision to maintain controlled RH.

< 2. Freezers: 1. 07 No.s of Freezers to maintain -20 C and 4 No.s

to maintain up to 80 C are available in Facility. Some of

the Freezers are monitored centrally at BMS room having the

technology of Data loggers, through separate system. (wireless Data

Logger System)

. STABILITY CHAMBERS: - 1. 22 numbers of stability chambers are

available in the facility at three locations with the at least one

chamber as back up to handle emergency situations. 2. In case of

excursion in the chambers alarms will come at stability area, BMS &

Security. 3. BMS will notify the user during out of the office hours

and during holidays.

. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM-(SIEMENS): 1.This is addressable Fire alarm

System. We have total 7-Loops in VIMTA LIFE SCIENCES. Four loops are

in Facility main building, 2-Loops are in Animal House & One Loop is

in Knowledge centre. (Fire system having- Smoke detectors, heat

detectors, MCP's, Control Modules, Hooters & Fault isolation modules-

FIMS)

. VESDA System (SIEMENS): 1. Vesda connected Server & Switch rooms.

2. With the help of aspiration, tube the air sucked

into scanner. Scanner always smokes particles & alarms if it is.

Alarm alert action fire 1&2.

. FM 200 Gas Suppression System (SIEMENS): 1. FM 200 connected Server

& Switch rooms.

. WATER LEAK CONTROL PANEL (SIEMENS):- 1. It will activate when the

water drop falls on the cable and also with the moisture.

. ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM--(SIPASS-SIEMENS) :- (1) Access Control System

is mixer of Hardware & Soft ware. (2) It is used to restrict UN

authorized users to the selected areas. (3) It will help us to track

each and every moment of an employee. (4) By adding attendance

module working hours, absent & Leaves of all employees can also be

calculated. (5) We have 7 No.s of Advanced Central Controller (ACC)

(6) Creating point groups, Access Levels, Access Groups & Work

groups. (7) Cards activated up to 4000 & Doors activated 80. (8)

Database & Audit Trail Reports generated. (9)Time and Attendance

reports are generated.
