Responsible for maintenance and repair of substrate production equipment
located internally and externally to the facility. Performed minor
equipment upgrades as directed by senior technicians or supervisors, using
electronic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics. I was also responsible
for annual maintenance of all equipment as directed maintenance literature.

establishing shop maintenance work flow procedures, establishing production
control procedures for electronic maintenance facility and developing
quality control procedures for shop. I forecasted maintenance trends
enabling the section to turn-in 80% of shop stock and bench stock saving
the section approximately $65 thousand. Trained all personnel assigned to
shop on Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS), the automated operational

maintenance to all units utilizing the GOLDWING electronics system.
