tracked the productivity of no less than 20 associates and no more than 150

Responsible for maintaining all stock and ordering parts designed to keep

the shop area working at its maximum efficiency. Currently perform all

to 10 personnel at various times. I was promoted by my peers to Support

Equipment Maintenance Technician, DUPONT Photomask

Round Rock, TX- February 2002 - January 2003

Responsible for maintenance and repair of substrate production equipment

located internally and externally to the facility. Performed minor

equipment upgrades as directed by senior technicians or supervisors, using

electronic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics. I was also responsible

for annual maintenance of all equipment as directed maintenance literature.

Shop Foreman, IEW ERS Facility, U.S. Army

Responsible for up to 15 soldiers as well as being responsible for all

electronic repair performed within the IEW-RSC (Integrated Electronic

Warfare - Regional Support Center) shop, briefing superiors on all progress

on a daily basis, establishing a technical training program for assigned

personnel, training subordinates on proper electronic repair techniques,

establishing shop maintenance work flow procedures, establishing production

control procedures for electronic maintenance facility and developing

quality control procedures for shop. I forecasted maintenance trends

enabling the section to turn-in 80% of shop stock and bench stock saving

the section approximately $65 thousand. Trained all personnel assigned to

shop on Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS), the automated operational

$200,000, with no incidents of missing or misplaced parts. I provided

maintenance to all units utilizing the GOLDWING electronics system.
