• Assist in planning, training, deployment, and redeployment operations at the Battalion level
resulting in zero causalities.
• Built a strong twenty three member team, fostering both independence and a cohesive,

• provided oversight, support and expertise for two battalion level maintenance programs which
resulted in a 96% overall readiness rating; 6% above the Department of the Army goal of 90%

Senior Maintenance Supervisor
• Served as the Commander's principle advisor on all maintenance requirements throughout the
battalion
• Created and led cross-functional teams in building a strong esprit de corps and supporting the
smooth installation/conversion of new Global Positioning System (GPS) Hardware/Software.
Developed business requirements, trained users, and supported client base.
• Maintained a 97% Operational Readiness Rate during this rating period, exceeding the Army
standard by seven percent enabling companies to meet mission requirements

throughout the Army.
• Cleared over $127,000 of cash purchases without a single discrepancy while assigned as the
Battalion Field Ordering Officer.

• Selected over 15 senior more qualified Sergeant First Classes to fill the job as the Battalion
Acquisitions Noncommissioned Officer in charge of all commercialization spending in excess of
$25 Million
