In my current role as a Mechanical Engineer at Superior Engineering, I am
responsible for designing piping layouts using CAESAR software. I am
responsible to run the finite element analysis of the designed piping
system on CAESAR afterwards to make sure the system passes the intended
code criteria. I am also responsible to interface with the client to
initially understand and develop the scope of work and properly estimate
the time of completion. I am to perform design calculations for
designs/projects which require engineering judgment and analysis for
further clarification. I am to work close with the other engineers and
designers to ensure a deliverable meets the client's expectation in the
given time frame.
