EXPERIENCE

Operations Manager - (November 2009 to December 2012) Plastic Industries,

Corona, CA

Manage entire plant, 6 blow molders, and label area. Schedule all labor hours including maintenance

PM’s and Shift Supervisors. All Shift Supervisors, Quality Control, and Maintenance Setup Operations

report directly to me. Ability to hire and terminate. Efficiency is viewed by me daily on how the lines

are running 24 hours a day. All ordering of new machinery comes through me and assisted the

ordering in our Fresno plant.

Operations Manager - (September 2008 to November 2009) PWP, Los Angeles,

CA

Manage extrusion thermal forming. Manage a crew of 22 operators, ordered resin and resin inventory.

Schedule all maintenance work per each line.

Production Maintenance Manager - (September 1996 to September 2008) Mayfair Plastics,

Carson, CA

Schedule and assign jobs among mechanics. Train and evaluate mechanics. Review incoming

orders. Work closely with the Quality Control Department keeping all products within specifications.

All departments Quality control, Maintenance / Process mechanic’s, Material, tool shop are under my

my supervision. This took place once Consolidated Container inquired May fair plastic.

Environmentalist Q.C. - (November 1995 to September 1996) J.H. Baxter, Long

Beach, CA

Operated air wrench and forklift. Cleaned boiler room, tank farms, containment areas, separators,

sumps and lines. Washed and shoveled out retorts. Switched preservative piping access to retorts.

Prepared flock mixes. Pumped rainwater and contaminated water to recovery systems. Followed

SPCC plan. Serviced Hyster, checked diesel, motor oil, hydraulic oil and air. Sampled tank solutions.

Gauged and strapped tanks from the top.

Supervisor Set-up Mechanic - (November 1992 to November 1995) Bomatic, Ontario,

Supervised a team of mechanics. Evaluated, setup, operated, and prepared machinery for

production. Reviewed work orders.
