WORK OF EXPERIENCE

Loader-Responsible for picking up, locating, and loading orders within the warehouse for customers, and

being able to communicate with all Lowes employees within the building to satisfy the customers picking

up or carrying out orders. I am also responsible for stocking new merchandise received throughout the

trucks daily.

10/2009-12/2011 Teleperformance Fort Lauderdale, FL

Advance Technical Specialist-Responsible for making sure customers calling in with sprint products issue

was resolved, making sure all aspects of the phones, connection cards, and Wi-Fi was working. The Job

included troubleshooting any issue that was occurring on the device itself, having to do with sprint.
