I have been a superintendent for 21 years in the commercial and residential trades and have been working

in the construction field since I was old enough to use a hammer. I have supervised restoration,

remodeling, and new building on everything from single family homes to motel/hotels. I have done gas

stations, medical facilities, fast food chains, churches and have supervised the installation of public parks.

I have great communication skills and PR abilities. I know how the construction industry works and have

the knowledge and know how to bring a building up for excavation and take it through to the completion

of the finish package in a timely manner, while under pressure and within a budget. Construction is what I
