Employer Introduction: Captive Aire Engineering is an engineering contracting company

related to the HVACR. Established in 1992, the company has now a well reputed name in

HVAC. Captive Aire deals in consultation, designing, project management, procurement of

HVAC equipment, installation, start up commissioning and operation & maintenance with all

aspects of high capacity HVAC systems. The company has sole distribution ship of HVAC

equipment of RHOSS ITALY, dehumidification system of BRY AIR MALAYSIA and air

cleaning/filtration systems of ECO AIRE USA and FCR EUROPE. Captive Aire also

specializes in the clean room/pharmaceutical HVAC systems. The company has successfully

completed many prestigious projects including official and residential buildings, factories,

pharmaceuticals, educational institutions, clubs, restaurants, Hotels, Oil and gas fields, Oi l

refinery and shopping plazas.

Assigned Responsibilities:

I am serving in Captive Aire as Project Engineer, reporting directly to the company’s

managing partner and leading more than 10 site engineers/supervisors, five mechanical,

electrical and commissioning/o&m foremen and more than 60 technicians, skilled workers

and helpers work force to achieve assigned targets for installation and commissioning of

projects/jobs within the given time, cost and other related limits while following the

standards, consultant’s specifications and client requirements. Primarily I am responsible

for managing and co coordinating all aspects of the running projects which includes pipe and

duct fabrication, erection of air handling equipment, chillers, fcu’s, pumps, cooling towers

and electrical & control system installations, and also the start up commissioning and

operation/maintenance including all documentation regarding submittals, drawings, QAQC,

Construction and Commissioning Dossiers etc.

As shift in charge I was responsible for the overall smooth operation, maintenance,

performance optimization and trouble shooting of HVAC system of the plant.

the building.

Diploma of Associate Engineer in HVACR, 3 years full time studies from Punjab Board

documentation of Balloki 225 MW CCPP, a bonus and appreciation letter was offered

by Company management.
