- Involved in PENTOMINIUM TOWER (122 floors) Worlds Tallest Residential Tower project – Dubai. During this period I have been involved in designing the BMS system, the project allocated 10 gateways with BACnet protocol and prepared the shop drawings like designing the DDC controllers and Field Devices of Distech Controls.
Job Description :
Preparing the I/O Points list according to the requirements of the Project Specification.
Making the bill of quantity (BOQ) as per the Points List.
Prepare Equipment list, Price Quotations, Single line diagrams/Schematics, System proposals in response of customer requirements.
Prepare contract documents and evaluate tenders for construction and maintenance of the system.
Designing the appropriate locations of DDC controllers and DDC Panels.
Provide technical and engineering support to the field, related to design, equipments/devices, such as drawings and other engineering information.
Supervision of the Field Instruments such as Smart Transmitters like Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level, Differential Pressure Transmitters etc.
Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential Pressure Switches, 2-way, 3-way Control Valves.
Supervision of Loop checking activities of the DDC Controller to the control room.
As per Cable Schedule details Cables should be laying in Cable Trays.
Projects Worked On & Detailed Work Experience :
1. Welcome Pavilion (Formula - 1) – Yas Island, Abu Dhabi :
• Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential Pressure Switches, Control Valves of the Distech Controls.
• Involved in designing the DDC controllers and Field Devices, as the project had allocated 5 gateways with 80 DDC Controllers of LON protocol.
• Involved in the Installation of the Field Instruments and loop checking of the DDC Controllers.
• Involved in the preparation of control drawings and project documentation.
• Supervision of the Cable pulling to the allocated controllers and devices.
2. Car Park-1 & Car Park-2 (Formula - 1) – Yas Island, Abu Dhabi :
• Involved in the installation and commissioning of 20 CO Panels with more than 100 Carbon Monoxide detectors. The network is a LON Protocol.
• Programmed the CO Panels with the prescribed parameters.
• Supervision of loop checking of the CO Panels and the Carbon Monoxide detectors.
3. Airport Cargo Terminal (AX101) – Dubai :
• Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential Pressure Switches, Control Valves of the Honeywell.
• Supervision of Loop Checking activities at Control Room side for Honeywell Experion DCS System.
4. Air Traffic Control Complex (ATCC) – Abu Dhabi :
• Supervision of installation and commissioning of the field instruments like Sensors, Transducers, Differential Pressure Switches, Control Valves of the Distech Controls.

Job Description:

Description : The goal of this project is the Embedded Power manager logic system that can be used in shopping malls, hotels, offices which is automatically regulate lighting and fan based power manager data set and to increase lighting and air conditioning depending on the number of people present in that particular area. This drastically saves power cost in shopping malls, hotels, offices to an extent 25 – 35% depending on the rule set given.
