Operations / Erection & Commissioning

Development and review of instrument cable schedule I/O list, JB schedule.

Development of instrument list / index

All field instrument installation as per P&ID and instrument location layout.

Calibration of field instruments such as switches, gauges, and transmitters.

Reviewing of hook-up/installation drawings.

Knowledge about the loop drawings and instrument wiring schedules.

Erection of Fire & Gas instruments such as Smoke detectors, Gas detectors and Manual Call Points.

Erection of Control Room panel and field Local Control Panels as per instrument equipment layout.
