Our plant was closed along the local Kroger Store on 4/27/2012.
Front line production supervisor of three production lines. Oversaw daily beverage production.
Generating daily production schedules and reports. Working closely with machine operators to
insure proper quality of
product and packaging. Held daily start up meetings, weekly production meetings with all
department heads and period group line meetings. Very good problem solving skills. Employee
evaluations and training new hire employees.

I completed through 12 th grade at Bluefield High School 1976
I have attended many Kroger management, team building, motivational, leading by
example seminars through my 28 years with them.
Personal Honors & Activities
I am married with three grown children. Seven grandchildren.
I sing in a Southern Gospel Group The Compton Family with my three sisters and younger
brother.
I love fishing and bow hunting.
