Hired to stimulate and manage IT growth throughout the corporate enterprise. Led the expansion of a corporate network from a
skeletal (localized) infrastructure to a wide area network supporting over a few hundred staff members that spanned multiple
geographical locations. Develop strategic IT policies and guidelines to promote enhancement of the corporate data network
infrastructure a well as business processes. Direct and consult with both staff members and executives in the areas of network
policies development, IT budgeting, technical training and strategic IT planning.
Maintain an annual $1.5 million (average) IT/operation budget to ensure a state of the art data network
infrastructure;
Spearheaded a corporate VPN\VOIP initiative that reduced annual telecommunications expenditures by 54% while
improving staff productivity across geographical areas;
Proposed and implemented an automated support ticketing system that improved technical staff response
time to support requests by 20%;
Initiated and supervised the implementation of a corporate print tracking syste m allowing for an average
annual clientele reimbursement of $300k;
Create feasibility studies\user case analyses (i.e. performed feasibility study for $200K ERP solution)
Orchestrated telecom and data services relocation resulting from geographical office reassignment;
