Quality Assurance

Responsible for Managing, supervise, direct and coordinate the

Engineering department which includes Project Engineers,

Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial Engineers,

and drafters by setting goals, monitoring personnel in the

execution of projects, development and identifying new sales

opportunities. Responsible for overseeing and tracking all

projects to ensure on-time and accurate completion of engineering

according to established schedules. Participate and make

recommendations in management meetings to discuss on going

projects relating to general design criteria, project costs,

customer requirements, staffing requirements, employee salary

levels, and office & test equipment. Consult with management,

production, and marketing staff to determine engineering

Assurance department. Plan and direct field installation and/or

testing of equipment. Develop and implement test procedures.

Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and

oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

2008 Supervisor of Quality Assurance

Responsible for supervising and direct the activities of the

quality assurance department. Responsible for the detailed

quality inspection and/or testing of incoming material purchased

from vendors and products manufactured at PEC to ensure

conformance with established quality standards.

2003-2009 Project Engineer

Responsible for the technical design and implementation of

complicated high voltage / high current switchgear equipment and

control system related project starting from basic ideas or

sketches through to final installation procedures and perform

these assignments under minimum direction. Participate in

meetings with customers to discuss technical issues and design

criteria relating to a particular project.

Responsible for the technical design, development and

implementation of a project starting from the basic concept and

carrying through to the completion and perform these assignments

under general direction.
