Responsible for Managing, supervise, direct and coordinate the
Engineering department which includes Project Engineers,
Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial Engineers,
and drafters by setting goals, monitoring personnel in the
execution of projects, development and identifying new sales
opportunities. Responsible for overseeing and tracking all
projects to ensure on-time and accurate completion of engineering
according to established schedules. Participate and make

quality assurance department. Responsible for the detailed
quality inspection and/or testing of incoming material purchased
from vendors and products manufactured at PEC to ensure
conformance with established quality standards.

complicated high voltage / high current switchgear equipment and
control system related project starting from basic ideas or
sketches through to final installation procedures and perform
these assignments under minimum direction. Participate in
meetings with customers to discuss technical issues and design
