As project manager for changes being made to training, when faced with the
problem of a large amount of information used in training that had no
visual aids, utilized on-line resources as well as consulted senior team
members as to how to create a visual aid-based
training guide for junior members to see pictures of the objects they

As a project manager for a project involving multimedia files, when faced
with a problem of lack of software to obtain and convert certain multimedia
files for translation, consulted with a number of software engineers and

obtain and convert the files outside of working hours, reducing work time
