Job description: shift leader responsible for operation, maintenance and
preventive maintenance for cryogenic plant with capacity 22000 Nm3/h (O2,N2, Ar) :
o Air compressor(centrifugal) - Make: Cameron, capacity - 112000 Nm3/hr
o Expansion Turbine - Make: Cryostar, Capacity - 28000 Nm3/hr
o Chiller - Make: Carrier
o Booster Air Compressor(centrifugal) - Make: Cameron, Capacity - 69000
Nm3/hr.
o Cryogenic pumps - Make: Cryostar, 460 l/min.
o Booster - expander compressor(centrifugal), capacity 40000 Nm3/h
o Water pumps (centrifugal) - capacity 1500 m3/h.
o Rectification Column.
o Main Heat Exchanger.
o Cooling Tower - Make: Capacity - 3000 m3/hr.
o Cryogenic Storage Tanks - 1500m3, 750 m3, 100 m3 etc.
o Pulsating type self cleaning filters - 112000 Nm3/hr.
