are met daily, weekly, and monthly. Since 2004 we have increased production more than 50% by focusing on

process improvements, efficient scheduling, and employee’s moral training. I have led many teams to target

key focuses throughout our operation to improve production, safety, and positions in our process. I am

responsible for scheduling our production line efficiently to insure employees can meet and exceed their

goals as well as measuring and reviewing downtime with employees.
