process in an agile environment that includes maintaining accurate project schedules that

integrate all cross-functional plans and timelines.

• Project managing web requests for product launches between Marketing and IT and

monitoring the progress to ensure they meet the deadline prior to release schedule.

Project Management for US and UK: Site development

product/marketing requirement documents.

• Taking requirements from PRDs and working closely with engineering to implement and

drive features and product specifications for the site.

• Providing feature clarification (visual design, graphic design, layout, typography, color,

icon development, web template functionality) and team counsel throughout the

development cycle, refining features as necessary.

• Works closely with development, product management, and technical support to ensure

that the quality objectives of all projects are met within schedule constraints

• Clearly communicates QA results, concerns, and project status to the management team

and other stakeholders in a timely manner

Manage US and UK: Content Management Tool (CARP)

• Worked with engineers from the beginning stage in developing Pogo’s content

management tool (CARP) which controls all content that goes live on the site.

• Continuously working with engineers to manage and enhance the content management

tool (CARP) to improve operation support on production.

• Provide documentation and training to other business teams within Pogo on using CARP

(internal content management tool)

• Working closely with engineering on a weekly basis to implement features into the

content management tool (CARP) used to deploy to production.

Quality Assurance: Testing, Coding, Troubleshooting and Deployments

• Applying prioritization, risk management strategies and contingencies to meet changing

business needs, including day to day problem solving/issue resolution for production

emergencies, as well as providing escalation of issues, as appropriate, in a timely

manner.

• Proficient in XML, HTML and QA testing of content prior to deployment on production.

Data Analytics: Omniture & Microstrategy

• Develop and manage an online dashboard for retrieving (bi-weekly) business-critical

analytics data for marketing and executives.
