• Designed & Implemented the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRPs) for mobilizing units and Soldiers within
the five state command affecting 40,000 soldiers.
• Coordinated and communicated continuing evaluation of subordinate headquarters in areas of mobilization
and readiness.

throughout the 99th RRC and subordinate units.
