on investment. In my current position I have improved employee attendance,
reduced turnover, maintained world-class quality and maximized employee
production. During my tenure, I partnered with the IBM Personal Systems
Group in planning and executing the "Spanish Language Initiative" SLI to
screen and utilized Spanish-speaking immigrants to supplement my workforce
during the current labor shortage. Results have received corporate
attention at IBM and within The Greenwood Group, Inc. d.b.a. Manpower. I
also served, as Safety and Workers' Compensation Coordinator, were I was
