the accomplishment of the mission.

Second in command of 120 personnel within an Engineer Officer company and
assume command upon absence of the Company Commander. Managed all
logistical operations within the company to include maintenance of all
vehicles and weapons, establishing standard operating procedures for
property accountability, supporting daily supply requirements, and handling
the allocation of financial funds for the company. Ensured the property
accountability and maintenance for over $65 million dollars in vehicles and
equipment.

Platoon Leader in a Mechanized Engineer Company, Brigade Special Troops
Battalion, forward deployed in the Republic of Korea; responsible for the
training, readiness, health, welfare, discipline, and safety of thirty-
three U.S. Soldiers and four Korean Augmentation to the United States Army
(KATUSA) Soldier; provides mobility, counter mobility, and survivability
support as needed; supervises the maintenance and accountability of four
M2A2 fighting Vehicles, and two mine clearing line charge (MICLIC) trailer,
a cargo trailer, all weapons systems, communications equipment and SKO's
valued in excess of 1,000,000.
Engineer Basic Officer Leader Course June 2010 -

Basic tactics, field craft, close quarters combat, and marksmanship,
followed by a defensive module, an offensive module, a general engineering
module, and a stability module. During the general engineering module,
officers learn and are tested on military bridging, horizontal and vertical
construction and military demolitions, including mine detection. Officer
also conduct several field training exercise where students lead combat
engineering missions.
