alerted management to potential problems and advised on solutions.

• Negotiated raw land, rooftop and collocation real estate contracts for wireless carriers; met with

commercial and residential landlords and site acquisition staff; drafted contract language; coordinated issues

with zoning personnel.

(Cell tower building and tower lease management)

• Problem solved legal issues involving major joint venture cellular tower asset purchase (67 tower sites in 8

northeastern and southern states that allowed for the closing of the purchase of these particular tower assets and

eventually the purchase of the company itself.

• Developed research on federal regulatory issues including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) rules

relating to birds, burial grounds and national forests as those issues impacted cell tower construction in affected

areas.
