Responsibillity:

• Operated on semi auto, automactic small and big injection molding machines that produce many prototype parts

• I had to do inspections on many of parts and make sure they're good before its ship out to customers

• Inspection while operating every 2 hours

• If the producing parts I inspect got flash, defects, splay, short shot or unknown errors I'd contact the supervisor, techs to make sure that the issue is fixed and machines are producing good quality parts before continuing to produce more prototype parts

• I got experience with most deburring blades, hand tools, I debur and trim most small computer and medical parts sometimes small auto parts, I debur flesh on the edge, exterior, interrior, a openning or unwanted plastic of the parts, most parts has to be debur due to flesh or unwanted extra plastic forming, I also use trimming and deburring hand tools to debur and trim parts under a microscope for smaller parts, I also degate the plastic parts and cut off the extra plastic that are not needed with a hand tool mini cutting blade some times razor blade,

• I have Inspection experiences with measurement rulers, gages, prototype fitting parts, micro scope, prototype injection molding good figure 1st part, visual inspection

• Parts approval with Good quality, bad quality parts comparison between 1st part or acceptable parts that's been approve from the manager, tech, super visor

• I also help the super visor figure out why the machine is producing bad parts sometimes when they need help

• At the end of my shift I clean up my working stations, package, box up and label my package parts for shipping and clean machine that I worked with before I leave

Responsibillity:

• Its required to wear eye glass protection, hair, beard nets and a protective suit before I can enter into the medical rooms

• There are instruction booklets included with blue prints stationed at every stations that I have to read and understand well, to know how to operate and do hourly inspections by myself

• I used Inspection tools involving calipers, measurement tools, different type of gages, tool scope, smart scope, measurement scope, visual scope, defect tools, go/no go tools for many medical parts

• I use quality pass/fail record sheets

• If more than 3-5 shot is bad I notify the techs right away so they can figure out what's wrong with the machine once fixed the machine can resume on producing good parts

• These medical injection machine produce many medical parts such as taco needles, arm pivot, different size large -small arm pivots, light sensor short-long needles, taco sensor short-long needles, medical mechanical electric body worn devices, micro-miniature medical devices, medical electronics products and hearing health professional audio communications devices.

• I have to package, bag up, double bags and label the parts before moving to shipment departments and QA room

• Clean up my station at the end of my shift and bag up and label my finished medical parts after that I help out co-workers if i finish early
