While I was plant manager, this plant produced at record levels in

efficiency, employee moral and profitability.

Other positions held within the Sunbeam organization between July 1982 and

August 1992.

Master Scheduler

Maintained MRP data base and plant schedule based on customer orders and

sales forecast. Team leader in corporate MRP implementation and

improvement. Worked with corporate and fellow plant schedulers to improve

manufacturing to sales cooperation.

Production Manager

Managed production operations in sewing, welding, fabrication, assembly and

painting. Responsible for employee evaluations, department staffing,

performance to schedule, performance to budget, and facility layout.

Materials Control Manager

Maintained raw material inventory, stocking and production floor supply.

Improved inventory reliability and lowered production downtime.

Quality Manager

Maintained quality standard reports and standards testing. Implemented

testing fixtures to improve tooling setup time and accuracy.
