have managed various end to end products development and verification projects

including Packet Core SGSN-MME, IMS, WCDMA MSC, wire line core network for both

new features development/testing and customer support. I have directed up to size of

50+ engineers across multiple global locations in China, Europe and America to explore

solution architecture, do feature design and implementation, end to end testing and

People management and support SGSN-MME program in multiple releases on planning,

target setting, staffing, risk management to make sure successful delivery

Project manager for Packet Core China organization agile transformation program.

Successfully drove agile deployment and continuous improvement in Packet Core China,
