Designers, Consultants and vendors on the project. Coordinated efforts
between the General Contractor and the Design team to promptly resolve
construction questions and deficiencies and provide clarifications in the
scope of the work. Monitor and approve purchase orders, invoices,

insure that the construction activities do not affect the safety and the
security systems in the hospital. Issue deficiency notices to the
Contractor if work is not performed in accordance with applicable codes and
the Contract Documents. Coordinate the commissioning of the equipment in
the building. Provide a complete set of O&M Manuals and as-built drawings
to INOVA to properly maintain the facility.
