Work History

Quality Control Lab technician

TRW Automotive Canada

- Evaluate samples at pre-determined intervals during the operation

for physical Defects and correct physical measurements, following

the standard Test procedure.

- Perform various quality testing such as: tensile strength testing,

adhesion testing, .hydrogen testing and all other necessary testing

according to the quality specifications.

- Determine that all necessary quality testing has been completed

before signing off parts to be shipped to the customer.

- Use of Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gauge, Height Gauge, Gauge

Blocks, Depth Gauge etc.

- Identify inspected / tested products as accepted, rejected, or rework.

Automatic press operator
