Later on, the customer requested me to define and activate a new z/OS LPAR
in order to create an environment for development and test purposes in
AlRajhi Bank, Saudy Army, RSNF.

CICS/TS V1R4 ServerPac, from CICS-MVS (OS/390) defining its CSD resources.

. Sysplex. I have performed Sysplex/Monoplex implementation for at least 3
of the largest customers of IBM Colombia and 3 of GBM customers in
Central America. I attended the Parallel Sysplex training and
implementation performed by IBM in 1996 for Banco de Colombia and its
definition & implementation for BBVA Banco Provincial of Venezuela in
1997.
. z/OS Implementation. I was installing an Z/OS V1R4 ServerPac,
defining his hardware resources using HCD and Dinamic I/O
Configuration and customizing it for Sysplex Monoplex, SMS, JES2,
RACF, VTAM, TCP/IP and other basic and options system products. Later
on, the customer requested me to define and activate a new z/OS LPAR
in order to create an environment for development purposes.
. I was involved in the Banco Industrial of Guatemala project migration
from VSE/ESA to OS/390 V2R10 (2004).
. Other IBM main SW. I installed the DB2 V7.1 ServerPac for ICE of
Costa Rica (2004) and give support to Registro Nacional for DB2 V6 and
CICS/TS 1.3 running OS/390 V2R10 under D/T 9672 z17 model (Costa
Rica, 2002 to 2005).
ICE project for TCP/IP access to DB2 using DRDA and DB2 Connect from
DB2 in W2K and Unix. For Registro Nacional I implement DB2 Connect for
DB2 running under OS/390 to DB2 in VSE and W2K.
. Successful and timely z/OS system installation at ICE.

. For BBVA I installed DB2 V5 for PR/MVS in 1998 and give support for

. I handle incidents relating performance and tuning for the DB2 and
CICS/Cobol transactions that involved data object design, such us Index
access, Tables, review and redefined Buffer Pools and so on. I have had
to adjust and change system and DSNZPARM parameters, to redefine
workloads, to apply fixes, to review DB2 PM reports and Traces
activities, in order to fix performance and tuning problems and
Constraints, under Sysplex Monoplex. Besides, reorganize data after
analyzing the report from the execution of the Runstats utility.

. I have worked in the migration from DB2 V2 to V3 and DB2 V4 for
Empresa de Energ a in Bogot . For each migration projects I have to
adjust and change DSNZPARM DB2 parameters to redefine and implement
new DB2 functions such us Index 2, obtain DB2 Traces and Statistics in
order to assist in problem resolution and performance analysis
activities.
. Since 1990 up to the present, as IBM Software Support Specialist for
OS/390 and z/OS, usually I handle innumerable incidents relating
performance and tuning for the MVS and system components for large
accounts. As a System Programmer I have had to adjust and change system
parameters, to redefine workloads, to apply fixes, to review RMF reports,
to obtain CICS or DB2 traces and statistic in order to fix performance
and tuning problems.
. I start to work as an IBM VSE and VM/SP Program Support Representative in
1982. Later on since 1986 performed too, as a MVS PSR. My main objective
was to assist the customers in problem solving on my fields of
