of all associated administrative activities;
ensured all contractors adhered to Expanets
expectations regarding training, insurance, safety
and customer satisfaction; and supervised/approved
the work performed by these contractors.
Developed and implemented a wire design process for
managing wire projects in the Rocky Mountain Area.
(I trained all Field Managers within the Mountain
States Area.)
Developed a Quality Control program for the Field
Services Organization and performed quality
inspections of completed installations.
