Produce Natural Lactic acid biochemically by fermentation.

Operate process from fermentation, acidulation, pannevis filter,

cations, anions, evaporators, carbon column, finisher, WFE and

VDU. Make flow rate adjustments to maintain tank levels, monitor

and control temperatures, pressures and vacuum levels. Sour off

and regen cations and anion units, Carbon column slugging and

packing. Test acid concentrations, calibrate Ph probes. Optimize

existing processes and develop new ones.
