Quality Assurance

• Monitoring/Testing the inspection of incoming raw material.

• Prepares quality certificate (COA certificate of analysis) for the required customers.

• Coordinate with purchase and developing a new raw material supplier.

• Coordinate with supplier and claim the raw material rejection.

• Monitoring/Doing ageing report for R&D samples/In house material & report to management.

• Assuring the quality checklist,Production Reports,and other necessary documents are properly filled out.

• Reporting to managing Director and other lot of necessary works as assigned.

Handle all type of complains from the client and Customer feedback.

• Tensile tester, Release value tester, Thickness gauge, weighing scale, opacity tester, Scuff tester, Tear tester, COF tester &

• Familiar with Flexo Proofer, Spectrophotometer and Barcode Verifier.

• Supervising in finishing dept & printing dept when the concern person absent.

• Responds quickly and positively to press operators calls for press approvals.

• Organizing the press set up and obtaining materials necessary to start next order in a timely manner.

• Scheduled customer orders according to lead time needed to be produced.

• Responsible for quality and quantity of production carried on the machine.
