I preformed change-over’s, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance. 9 years on RA’s 600,800,900 series of envelope machines. 3 years of SW and SR series envelope machines. 9 years in the glass manufacturing industry making glass bottles, jelly jars, jugs and baby food jars. I worked on IS machines consisting of 8 section doubles, 8 section triple and 10 section triple. I can do change-over’s on the machine perform repairs and preventive maintenance.

IWCO Direct. Elm City, NC June, 2007 to October, 2008 Direct mail facility. One of the industry’s largest direct mail houses. I perform change over’s for different size envelopes, flexo window die, inline printing and four color process. I performed preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. I worked on F.L. Smithe machinery on SW and SR’.

Colortree Inc. of Virginia, Richmond, VA May, 2005 to May, 2007 Envelope Manufacture. I made Different size envelopes for small direct mail houses. I performed change over’s, Preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshoot on RA’s and SW’s. I installed an automated glue system.

Anchor Hocking Glass, S Connellsville, PA June, 1996 to November, 2004. Machine operator for nine years. I worked on IS glass bottle making machine. Operator duties were to swab the machine on a time schedule, pull jams, clear machine, change equipment and pull samples every hour for quality checks.

Williamhouse Regency Scottdale, PA October, 1996 to December, 2001 Envelope machine adjustor for five years working on RA’s. I worked with 600,800,900 and 1100 series consisting of feeders, web units and HD units. We made mass quantity of standard size envelopes, 6, 9’s, 10’s and 11’s, with windows and print. We also made specialty envelopes for wedding invitations
