Planning & Scheduling Engineer

Assist the maintenance department in ensure all preventative maintenance and tasks

are planned/ scheduled to ensure minimal downtime of the 24/7 operation.

Drive planning/scheduling performance through the application and use of the Key

Performance measures.

Review backlog and allocate updated priorities with special focus on due/overdue

work orders associated with Safety Critical Equipment.

Formulate WO job plans including ordering services and materials, identifying

ensuring minimum disruption to the process operation

Chair daily & weekly maintenance planning meetings with maintenance team and

production.

Review the two weeks look ahead work schedules with the Maintenance Supervisors

before implementation to ensure that the trade's person has all the applicable

resources materials/tools to perform the task.

Develop work packages dossier for yearly PM.

Plan and schedule works for all shutdowns jobs and arrange the engagement of

contract labor and procurement of equipment to carry out the work.

Liaise closely with the Supply Department to source required parts for planned

Collection, interrogation and reporting of maintenance data (e.g. equipment

Prepare and maintain, in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendent and

maintenance teams, Standard Work Instructions (SWI) for all maintenance activities

Pre-Ops phase. Prepare and optimize the two years operation spare parts for the

LNG plant and prepare the Materials Master (MM) templates. Also prepare the Plant

Maintenance tasks for mass upload in to SAP/R3 by using PM templates (Functional

location, equipment, Characteristic, Classification, maintenance plan, maintenance

group, object items, task list, work center, sub work center, planner group,

maintenance assembly and bill of material BOM).

Qatar Vinyl Company

2004 Prepare master files for the critical equipment and spare parts inventory of

Qatar Vinyl Company (QVC) and collects inputs and maintains data for a wide

variety of major and minor mechanical equipment installed in QAPCO area

facilities, and produces user manuals and spare parts to facilitate proper

maintenance of the equipment to improve the maintenance availability &

reliability.

Qatar Petrochemical Company

Member of stock revamp team in Qatar Petrochemical Company from 2002 up to 2003,

were the materials inventory reviewed and update the short description, long

description and adjusting the Min/Max according to the materials consumption,

Erect Red Bricks Factory in 1995 under Italian company supervision with daily

capacity of 500 ton. Install the clay hopper, milling machine, conveyer belt,
