• For three years, coordinated and supervised over 35 Soldiers, 20 civilians, and 15 multinational
servicemen through 20 interoperability C-IED tests, with 100-percent accountability of personnel and
automation equipment.
• Managed over 30 personnel for a multi-mission support test during an All-Source Analysis
System intelligence operations assessment. This assessment resulted in a certification and
acquisition of the Army Battle Command System.
• Conducted joint military interoperability system tests, managing the frequency allocations
required for five different mine resistant ambush protected vehicle types for C-IED systems tests.
Prepared, trained, and supervised the 4th Infantry Division Headquarters’ Analysis and Control Element
(ACE), on ISR using the All-Source Analysis System.
SIGINT Instructor (Senior Small Group Leader)
• Supervised, trained, and mentored seven military intelligence instructors for the Basic NCO Course
(BNCOC) in instruction development and scenario writing using real-world military events for field

Leader
• As a Russian linguist, conducted tactical operations using the direction finding SIGINT system in remote
locations, supporting the 1st Armored Division and other theater commanders in force-protection missions
in Germany.
• Identified, analyzed, and trained concepts to EW Soldiers to assess data collection and develop
recommendations and strategies for division headquarters.
• Deployed to Kosovo and trained on the first direction-finding tactical AN/PRD-13(V) 2 Man-Portable
SIGINT System, which spiraled into the AN/PRD-13(V) 3 SIGpac Man-Packable System. The system
was then adapted / transformed into the AN/MLQ-40(V) 4 Vehicle-Borne on-the-Move System.
EW Analysis and Control Assistant Team Leader
• As a Spanish linguist, researched, collected, and produced intelligence reports, directly supporting
XVII Airborne Corps Headquarters’ tactical commanders exploiting SIGINT information.
• Coordinated, retrieved, and disseminated all intelligence message traffic to support the 10th Mountain
Division Headquarters Rapid Deployment Brigade’s G-2 cell with intelligence products.
EW AN/TLQ-17 Traffic Jam System Assistant Team Leader
• Provided intelligence, conducting electronic support measures and electronic countermeasures
against airborne or ground missions during 10th Mountain Division contingency operations, XVII
Airborne Corps battle staff intelligence operations, and multinational tactical operations.
• Planned, trained, and conducted low-level voice intercept operations as an assistant team leader,
operating a radio receiver direction finder set AN/PRD 11 system. Scanned miscellaneous radio and
cell phone frequency transmissions from a secure tactical site, to find lines of bearings to enemy
locations, and reported information to brigade or division commanders and XVII Airborne Corps rapid
deployment teams.
EW SIGINT Spanish Voice Interceptor/Transcriber
• In a strategic joint-services secure complex environment, collected, transcribed, analyzed, and reported
intercepted communications of target countries and criminal activities from radio and cell phone

communications. Intelligence reports produced supported Southern Command airborne and ground
operations, military theater commanders, NSA, the Drug Enforcement Agency, Central Intelligence
Agency, and other military-level consumers.

• Collected and reported intercepted communications, at the Medina Annex, Lakeland Air Force
Base, Texas, and joint secured Regional SIGINT Operations Center, to support NSA, the Air Force EW

Surveillance Air Interdiction cell to support force protection for U.S. airborne assets.
