My contribution to the company was to help find ways to save money. My unit was responsible
for obtaining recording documents. Instead of incurring cost from outside abstractors; I
researched and found ways to obtain documents online and through county websites for either a
no charge or $2.00. This was a big saving compare to paying an abstractor $20.00 to $50.00 per
document.
