Built Naval Criminal Investigative Facility building in Camp Pendelton, 120101

DE Luz Rd. Design build includes, 21,753 Sq. Ft., 55 interior rooms with all walls

going full height to the deck, special agent in charge offices, hard and soft

interrogation and investigation rooms,booking, photo and viewing rooms. Squad

bays, analyst, computer specialist and CYBER agent offices. Self defense,gun

storage, two conference and sensitive compartmentalized information facility (

SCIF ) including SCIF conference room, with burglar bars in duct work and

special grounding system. Government and private parking including parking for

evidence storage. The entire building is classified as open, storage, secret ( oss )

and a potion is classified as SCIF and all work performed in strict accordance

with Director of Central I intelligence Directive (DCID ) No. 6/9. N.C.I.S. intends

this facility to be the " Model Field Office " and be the example for future design

projects for all N.C.I.S. buildings world-wide.

Built T.G.I. Fridays restaurant and remodeled Shlotzkys sandwich shop in the

Ontario Air port.

Richmond American Homes, Irvine Cal.

General Superintendent, 1995 - 2008

As Superintedent I managed and scheduled the building of tract homes from

1800 to 4500 sq. ft. including mass grading, street improvments and all off-site,

public works utilities for the first 5 years. For the last 7 1/2 years as Senior and

General Superintendent I managed up to 23 Superintendents, Assistant

Superintendents and laborers to build homes including all off-site,public works

construction. Managed the field saftey program through the Courage Saftey

Program. Started all employee's in the CAL/OSHA Sharp certification Program.

In charge of hiring and termination of all field employee's. Processed all

production bonuses, raises and self appraisal programs. Worked with Project

Managers and consultants scrubing plans and problem solving. In charge of all

S.W.P.P.P. meetings and scheduling training programs. Trained customer

service employees for home owner walks and protocall for warranty issues,

including mold remediation.

Built tract homes including off-site construction. R.A.H. bought Mesa Homes in

1995.
