replacing several compressors in the units. The property has nine units

with dual systems. Also set up Angus Anywhere for the preventative

maintenance of equipment on the computer for the property. Duties included

procurement of competitive bids from contractors.

preventative maintenance on the equipment while also answering house calls.

From June 1989 - January 2002, worked on the chillers, cooling towers, and

self-contained air handling units 20 to 30 tons. Worked in all aspects of

building maintenance at several buildings including Market Tower, The

Century Building, Lockerbie Market Place, The Illinois Building, and the

Wulsin Building.
