Aircraft Maintenance Department Operations Manager
Provided "hands-on" leadership, work-enhancing, clear directives, and
creative solutions as challenges arose throughout all facets of developing
and running this world-leading manufacturer's Aircraft Maintenance
Operations Department in Cleveland.
. Personally hired, developed, cross-trained, led by example and worked
alongside a team of Aircraft Technicians to ensure a fleet of three
aircraft were physically, mechanically and electronically suitable for
safe and sound flights for both pilots and passengers.
