Computer Consultants Inc., Palm Desert, CA 2007 to Present

Successful IT Management Company providing an unsurpassed level of service

and support. Computer Consultants is a Microsoft Gold Partner providing

partial or total outsourced IT services for small to mid-size businesses.

OPERATIONS / PROJECT MANAGER

Initial duties were to manage large network deployments. With my experience

and resources, we were able to provide additional in-house services for

Infrastructure, VoIP, A/V, Video Surveillance, and Wi-Fi. This enabled us

to increase the company's revenue by 50% over the first two years. I have

assumed an overall management roll of the company over the last 2 years

including Accounts Receivable and Technical Coordinator for our entire

staff. I am also the Responsible Managing Officer for our California State

Contractors License.

o Designed and installed a wireless mesh system to provide 100% Guest Wi-

Fi coverage throughout the 980+ rooms on the 45-acre property of the La

Quinta Resort & Club.

o Developed partnership in order to survey, design and install Wi-Fi and

VoIP systems for Atria Corp at multiple locations using Ruckus

Wireless, ShoreTel and Ascom products.

o Designed and installed new wireless infrastructure and video

surveillance system at multiple locations from Palm Springs, CA to

Blythe, CA for the Diocese of San Bernardino.

o Designed and installed multiple systems for Coachella Valley Rescue

Mission consisting of CAT6/Coax network infrastructure, PTZ IP cameras,

Wi-Fi, VoIP system, Audio/Video system, Servers and workstations.

o Designed and installed campus wide Wi-Fi for Xavier Prep Catholic High

School and Sacred Heart Catholic School to allow indoor/outdoor

connectivity for guest/administrative access, 14 iPad Labs and

Classroom Response System.

DIGITAL INTERNET SERVICES CORP., Palm Springs, CA 2001 to 2007

Privately held Internet Service Provider supporting wireless communications

for businesses. Initially brought on board as Project Manager to provide

vision and strategy in an effort to launch new low-voltage/structured

wiring division. As a result of my performance, I was promoted to Vice

President of Field Operations.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FIELD OPERATIONS, 2004 to 2007

PROJECT MANAGER, 2001 to 2004

Promoted to manage and direct day-to-day technical field operations budget

($4M annual) with bottom-line accountability for multiple field departments

including Wireless Internet, Structured Wiring, Audio/Video, and WI-FI

Deployment. Implemented and supported complex projects and rollouts from

concept to delivery, while guiding a cross-functional team of 73 to achieve

peak performance and momentum during execution. Served as Responsible

Managing Employee for California State Contractors License.

o Spearheaded planning and logistics of new Wi-Fi build-out; served as

administrator over all technical and management aspects of project.

o Championed development of comprehensive in-house training course; a

first for the company.

o Conceptualized, developed, and initiated highly effective department

policies and procedures for the Structured Wiring division enabling the

new division to operate effectively and productively.

National full-service Communications Contracting service company. Key

clients included AT&T, GST, Adelphia, Time Warner, and Cox Communications.

o Established and launched low voltage cabling division. Conceptualized

business plan, formulated profit and loss budget, and instituted all

policies and procedures. Responsible for all recruiting and staffing to

expand the workforce to meet project demands. Managed overall project

logistics including estimating, contracting, purchasing and scheduling.

WESCOM COMMUNICATIONS INC., Palm Desert, CA 1992 to 2000

Full service Telecommunications organization with extensive experience in

system design, consulting, engineering and implementation specializing in

the hospitality, healthcare, government, and educational markets.

PROJECT MANAGER

Directed entire project lifecycle including estimating, contracting,

purchasing, scheduling, and project management.

o Designed and managed installation of fiber and copper infrastructure as

well as the data center for the Gemological Institute of America campus

in Carlsbad, CA.

o Replaced entire Voice/Data/Video infrastructure utilizing Fiber,

Copper, and Coax for multiple hotels, hospitals and universities

including the Cal State Los Angeles campus.

o Designed and installed a Closed Circuit Television System for Marine

Corps Base - Camp Pendleton training facility, comprised of

approximately 80+ bullet resistant cameras to capture video of the

troops breaching the facility. This innovative concept enabled the

images to be immediately available via sequenced digital recordings for

debriefing.
