Experience Present

Designed, modernized/redesigned and improved

many of the mixing and pumping systems for our

company. Analyzed the companies' data,

reorganized the prints to match current/new

specifications, and researched different

suppliers and vendors worldwide.

Designed custom equipment per customer needs for

the Lightweight Cement Placement Industry. This

included hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical

systems, material weighing and transfer systems,

and mixing and pumping systems. This equipment

encompassed everything from runway flight

arrestor systems, encapsulation of nuclear

waste, mine sealing systems, void filling and

tunneling operations to specific need

construction equipment.

Designed a successful automated mixing and

pumping system prototype in Lightweight Gypsum

Concrete Pump Systems for a customer specified

machine. Performed troubleshooting and support

in the field over the phone and on-line

Provided design and mechanical support for a

small startup company thru reverse engineering

and choosing the best materials for the product,

optimizing fabrication process, and redesigning

parts to improve quality and durability.

Performed extensive hands on work in the

manufacturing shop for research and development

projects.

Managed the day to day activities and provided

support for 20+ shop employees, and the

engineering department.

Extensive design experience with Solidworks,

AutoCAD and SmartCam, familiar with Microsoft

Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
