06/09 – 01/13 QAI ; EP3

Cal State Long Beach Peterson Hall 3, Pyramid Locker Room renovation,

Bob Cole Music Pavilion, George Allen Field lighting project

Lot 18 renovation and Los Alamitos Dormitory remodel.

Performed structural steel/welding, fireproofing inspections and assisted the

IOR in his building inspection duties for the PH3 Building.

01/07-04/09 United Inspections

Performed structural steel/welding, fireproofing inspections for the

hospital and effectively communicate with all parties including governing

jurisdiction, construction management and contractors.

01/05-12/06 Smith Emery Company

Performed structural steel and welding inspection for schools and

hospitals. Effectively communicated wit h all parties including governing

jurisdiction, construction management, and contractors.

06/99-12/04 Twining Laboratories

Provided ICC and CWI support for structural buildings, parking

structures, etc. Inspection on structural supports and buildings.

11/97-5/99 Koury Inspections

Visual inspector, UT technician provided visual support for any structural

buildings and parking structures, etc. Inspection on structural supports

and buildings.

(P.M.I.) Retest required for NDT cert at each Lab/Company.
