As Senior Consultant, I provide consulting services to clients in the areas of OSHA Process Safety
Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) requirements as well as general OSHA
compliance. In my current assignment I perform third party audits for Process Safety Management Systems
and develop and deliver site specific operating procedures for compliance with OSHA PSM.

had responsibility for overall operation of these assets including safety and environmental performance,
Turnaround execution, delivery of production goals, managing spending, and developing improvement
concepts.

As PSM Superintendent for major capital projects, developed training programs for refinery supervisory
operations personnel, assisted the refinery in conducting operations training compliance reviews and audits,
coordinated with the optimization team on maintenance and operational PSM issues and developed and
certified operating procedures. I was also developed training guides to comply with OSHA 1910.119,
developed and implemented procedures to comply with process safety guidelines, resolved PHA and MOC
action items. Developed the Operations Manual for facility and conducted internal PSM audits.
As Hydrocarbon Loss Coordinator, responsibilities included engaging site employees to achieve aggressive
improvement targets. My assignment was a technical position, organizationally in the Commercial Division,
and it was critical to understand the dynamics of the site, work with engineering, maintenance and
operations employees but also work directly with the accounting and commercial interests in the business
unit. In the first two years of my assignment I was able to reduce hydrocarbon loss at the Texas City site by
$28 MM. Also provided loss assistance to BP’s refineries across the US and Europe.
As Sr. Asset Training Supervisor, supervised and lead the outside operator asset management team, whose
primary objective is to achieve the safe, reliable, and environmentally sound operations of their assigned
process units through proactive and planned maintenance, adherence to established procedures, Process
Safety Standards and Good Practices, development of the ability to anticipate operational
problems in advance and/or respond to problems quickly, and adoption of a culture of continuous
