Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of new rollouts in Punjab area for wireless,broadband business.

• Perform detailed Radio Frequency Engineering for sites (antenna selection, Equipment selection,power level adjustment etc.) in Punjab area.

• Conduct field surveys & site evaluations for all potential wireless sites.

• Work closely with the Site Acquisition and Network Implementation teams in Punjab area.

• Perform radio Network optimization tasks for assigned sites and site clusters.

• Monitor, maintain and improve radio network performance of assigned sites and site clusters through the evaluation/interpretation of network statistical and field collected drive data.

• Monitor, maintain and plan for future radio network capacity needs for assigned sites and site clusters.

• Produce and maintenance of all required site documentations. Regular bandwidth testing of sites to run the smooth network.

• Maintenance of network complaints SLA and network uptime up to 99.99%.

• To resolve and control the technical churn and technical cases with 100% achievement for the Zone.

• Stock reconciliation of Operation & Maintenance material.

• Responsible for controlling the customer escalations for providing them best and smooth end to end connectivity.

• Responsible for new engineer recruitment, team productivity, team management for the Zone.
