Current Job Title : Administration Manager

As an Administration Manager I am in charge of all the administration of

the Cape Town Branch of the company which includes all the human resources.

I have a staff of 22 permanent employees and 12 contract employees. My

function includes staff employment, disciplinary action, procurement of

products best used in the courier industry and also dealing with customer

complaints should the relevant head of department not be able to resolve

the client's issue.

When the previous company director resigned, I acted as branch manager for

5 months.

I hold a Sales Diploma from the Cape Town University of Technology which

was issued by the Chamber of Commerce. I previously worked in the Home

Loan industry which meant dealing with clients and various financial

institutions.

Having worked in a service industry for many years, I feel that I have a

very strong customer relations background.

My key roles and responsibilities at present include:

. To be responsible for the Management of all the Human Resources and

Administration of the branch

. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

. That operatives training and development is maintained to the highest

standard

. To be responsible for resolving customer complaints

. Controlling the branch petty cash account
