PROJECTS
Microfluidic device for determination of preferential cell migration toward multiple immobilized extracellular matrix proteins
A device and technique were designed to expose individual cells to multiple extracellular matrix proteins simultaneously to allow for totally unbiased determination of migration preference and migration patterns. Migration patterns of multiple human-derived glioblastoma multiforme cell lines were characterized and compared. With this information, migration patterns within the brain may be better understood on an individualized patient basis.
