and have taken many courses in this field.
On August 3,1976,I received an Associate in Arts degree from Niagara
County Community College. A major emphasis of study were in the fields of
Engineering Science and Electronics. While attending Niagara, I also
enrolled at the University of Buffalo. There I majored in the fields of
Arts and Science. On June 1,1976,I received a Bachelor of Arts degree with
certification in Communication. After completing my studies at the university
enrolled at Buffalo State College to get my certification in the Sciences.
There I majored in Physics with an emphasis on Electronics.
I had recently worked for Bio Rad (Digilab Division) as a senior
Field Service Engineer. My duties in this position were: Troubleshooting
hardware and software problems which occurred on there FT-IR Spectrometer
systems. This task involved component level identification and rectification
of problem hardware or software programs. Other duties included: Installation
of Spectrometer systems, Customer training on system hardware and software,
And interfacing retrofit options, which included: Multi-processor network
communications equipment, Gas as well as Liquid Chromatographic equipment
and auxiliary optical interfaces. Sales and Applications involving system
accessories were also integrated into my duties as well as supporting
specialized customer applications.
My last position was working as an Operations Analyst at First Union. I was
involved in account migration from one application program to another.
This process involves application program profiling and connectivity
testing with customers. Data manipulation and technical support were
also required duties of this position.
