We have launched 10 new products in our new production line in Sunnyvale. Functions I performed were:
Project Management: Worked with engineering team to source materials, verify engineering tests and Agile
BOM. Reviewed project status, bug lists, and FAI approved.
Operation/Supply Chain: Set up MBOM, cost and all new data in MS Dynamics GP, Released POs for both NPI
and production materials, S&OP, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.

As Materials Program Manager for CISCO SAVBU server product, my main duties were: Coordinating material
preparation with our China team, managing local hub, local buy material, working with production team for
materials preparation, managing local suppliers/vendors including audit and purchase, controlling inventory and
processing E&O claims. We dealt with Asian vendors/CM like Foxconn, Pegatron, and Quanta Asian team to
pull in materials. I had 4 people working under me to monitor material pull in from our China factory, local hub
and vendors. I am proficient in excel and spreadsheet.
Wistron Neweb, San Jose, CA NPI Program Manager 2/2004~2/2010
As an NPI/Program Manager, I managed Cisco products, indoor APs as well as outdoor APs from design to
production and after sales support, including global logistics management, and local supply chain sourcing. I
served as project leader on behalf of Wistron Neweb to bring up our products from concept to mass production. I
managed our engineering team working with Cisco engineering team to go over project status and bug list
reviews during product design stage. After mass production, I was in charge of overall performance of our
factory in Taiwan. I was the coordinator between our internal team and external customers.
I am familiar with product design, test, manufacture process like IQC, RTV, PMC, BOM, ECO, QA, etc, and
some key components both for electrical and mechanical systems.
