Employed by NEOM giga project, located in north-west Saudi Arabia, which emerged from Saudi Vision 2030 strategic framework, and comprises 26,500km2 with 468km of coastline. Announced in October 2017, NEOM plans to include towns and cities, ports and enterprise zones, research centres, sports and entertainment venues, and tourist destinations in addition to serving as a hub for innovation, entrepreneurs, new technologies and enterprises.

• Initially assigned as Sr. Business Manager to NEOM Bay Compliance Department to work with the Executive Director (ED) to establish and build Environmental and Loss Prevention & Fire Safety (LP&FS) Departments, including CEO approval for organisation mandate, structure, headcount and Opex budget.

• Assumed Project Director role to develop Luxury Mansions Proponent organization structures and strategies for presentation to the CEO and led the development of Proponent primary objectives and project requirements.

CSPD was created in 2011 to assume the role of Proponent representative for all community and residential projects, the role was expanded to fulfilling the construction agency role for specific community projects.

• Responsible for managing a team of 15 Project Engineers to construct and deliver Hawiyah Contractors Park in Eastern Province, with all utilities and services, to accommodate 12,500 Oil and Gas workers.

• Managed design review, contract procurement and execution of multiple residential and commercial projects.

• Successfully developed a Divisional organisation structure designed to accurately assign manpower based on respective Division workloads and requisitions – liaised with Division Heads to same end.

• Coordinated all logistics for various projects as needed, particularly the Contractor Park project where company vehicles were allocated, transient accommodation assigned, overtime scheduled and approved, leave requests scheduled and additional manpower requests submitted for approval.
