Examples of work:

• Worked with heavy machinery industries client to develop and design a user interface

embedded within the opportunities object, so that users would be able to create child

opportunities as well as select the channel type and add products to the parent and child

opportunity. The reason for this web service was to make the creation of child opportunities

more convenient and less time consuming where the sales people can make a sale quicker

and at the same time track which companies are bidding on the same project, where the most

likely of the child opportunities would be highlighted for references. Throughout this project I

was tasked with working with client to develop a requirement lists, hiring outsourced coders to

develop the server aspects of the web service, design the web service using HTML/CSS, QA,

presenting the client with the finished product as well as some end-user training.

• Maintained and kept up with http://www.sfcg.com Drupal based website, where I added pages,

posts, and graphics.

• Helped developed the first ever release of iSales, which is Oracles CRM On Demand mobile

version. This mobile application is now currently used for pharmaceutical sales

representatives. Because in the life sciences industry certain information is protected by

HIPPA. Where I created users based on position, access and account privileges.

• Developed a web service for a timeshare sales company, where a call would be received

through the CRM system and a window would alert the sales person who was calling and if

they already had an account, opportunity, or lead object associated with their number.

• For the same timeshare company I developed and designed as well as hired an outsourced

coder to develop a timeshare selector where while the sales person was on the phone they

can select the timeshare from a dynamic searchable list.
